Add a new agent to Agent Admin

I want to create a new agent in Agent Admin

Sure thing. We’ll show you how to add a new agent in Agent Admin.


Only Office Admin team members can add a new agent.


If you use a Listing CRM to upload and manage your listings, simply upload a new listing with your new agent assigned to the listing.

When the new listing is processed, the new agent will automatically be created in Agent Admin.

Your new agent will then go to Agent Admin and click Forgot Password and follow the Reset Password prompts to login.


When creating a new agent, the Office Admin team member creates the password. Once you have created the new agent advise them to click Forgot Password when first logging in so they can create their own secure password.


  1. Login to Agent Admin. From top navigation menu click Agents then New Agent.


  2. Enter the new agent’s details:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Password

  3. Click Create User or see below to enter a different enquiry email and to upload a photo.



    Each property agent is uniquely identified by their email address.

    If the agent has different email addresses for logging in and receiving enquiries, click Yes next to Has different enquiry email and enter the email address for enquiries.

    We can add up to 2 email addresses in this section.


    If you would like to add the agents photo, click Choose file next to Photo and select an image from your computer.

    The recommended image size is 70 px(w) x 100 px(h) or an aspect ratio of 7:10



    The image preview will not appear until you have clicked Create User or Update User.

     All done.

    Your new agent is now created. Don't forget to tell your new agent to reset their password!
